This specialty coffee has a floral and fruity nuance, with notes of caramel. Nicaragua Kilambé coffee represents one of the most refined expressions of high-altitude coffee in Central America. Grown in the heart of the Cerro Kilambé Nature Reserve, in the Jinotega region, this coffee grows at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, in a protected mountain environment rich in biodiversity.
This specialty coffee is washed with spring water and sun-dried using artisanal methods that preserve the integrity of the bean. Each batch is roasted in small batches to ensure freshness and consistent quality.
