Payment

Shipping costs
- The website automatically calculates the shipping cost.
The cost varies depending on weight or volume.
- Freight cost will be charged outside Sweden.
- Free shipping when you are buying over 5000 SEK (incl. VAT)- ONLY IN SWEDEN
Delivery
- Normal delivery in Sweden 2-3 days after payment received.
- Orderconfirmation will be sent by email.
- SMS-message when you can pickup the parcel.
- Private customer - Delivery inside Sweden through DHL Service Point. Delivery outside Sweden through UPS
- Business customer - Delivery inside & outside Sweden through DHL
- Shop in Malmö, Sweden - Off coarse you can pickup yourself at Rimfrostgatan 2B in Malmö.
- For delivery outside EU - Please contact our office for a price.
Canselation
- 14-day right of withdrawal
- According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without any particular reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. These terms and conditions only apply to distance trading. You are welcome to open the packaging and check the goods to the extent necessary to assess whether you are satisfied with them. The right of withdrawal applies if the goods and the original packaging are in a substantially unchanged condition when they are returned. All possible accessories such as instructions for use, remote control and included batteries must be included with the return.
- If you cancel your purchase and send back your entire order, we will refund the amount you have paid including the fee for the payment method and shipping costs. NOTE! Does not apply to used machines.
- If you send back part of the order, we will not refund the fee for the payment method and shipping costs.
- When you cancel a purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping.

- When purchasing food such as coffee, chocolate, you may not return opened packages.
Consumer protection
The general terms and conditions of purchase apply to all purchase agreements that you as a consumer conclude with Alrp Agentur AB (556412-1860), hereinafter referred to as "Espressoshop". In order to safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) apply to all purchases on www.espressoshop.se
Applicable law and disputes. The agreement is subject to Swedish law. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, Alrp Agentur AB shall follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints. It can be contacted by www.arn.se or at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
Warranty on New & Demo machines
- Professional machines - 12 months full warranty at our workshop in Malmö. Traveling mechanic free 100km from the nearest service location in Sweden.
- Home machines & other machines - 12 months full warranty at our workshop in Malmö.
- Must be returned, unused in original packaging.
Warranty on Second hand machines
- Private customer - 6 months.
- Business customer - 3 months. Delivery, installation and instruction to comes. Traveling mechanic free 100km from the nearest serviceort in Sweden. NOTE! Warranty does not apply renovation projects.
Reclamation
- Allways contact us before returning any goods. We will controll the goods before issuing a credit note and payment. No C.O.D´s will be accepted.
- Cost of freight at your charge.
- Cost for lost parts, damages of machine and packaging will be charged.
If goods not collected
- If goods comes back and has not been collected we will charge you the cost of freigt and a cost of 20% for restocking.
Privacy policy
- Personal data is never shared with third parties. The customer is entitled to access the registered information and request modification and deletion of these. The information may, with the Customer's consent, be used for the mailing of newsletters from us.
